3. Deliverables and Ownership:

• Upon full payment and project completion, you will receive the final video files and assets as outlined in the agreed-upon scope of work.
• We retain ownership of all concept art, storyboards, animatics, and other preliminary materials created during the development process.
• The final video and its intellectual property rights belong to you, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Third-Party Materials:

• If you provide any third-party materials (music, footage, images, etc.) for use in your video, you are responsible for securing the necessary licenses and permissions. We take no responsibility for copyright infringement arising from unauthorized materials.

5. Warranties and Liability:

• We provide our services “as is” and make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability, performance, or merchantability of any video produced.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or the final video product.

6. Payment and Cancellation:

• Our payment terms are outlined in the signed agreement or proposal.
• Cancellation of a project after work has begun will result in fees based on the completed work at the time of cancellation.

7. Governing Law:
