1. Services Overview:

Motion Play Studio specializes in providing top-notch video production services, including 2D animation, explainer videos, product demo videos, 3D videos, live action videos, scriptwriting, storyboarding, music composition, and sound design.

2. Project Initiation:

After discussing your project with our sales team, a detailed quote will be provided. Upon agreement, a 50% upfront payment is required to commence work. We kick-start the creative process with scriptwriting, involving your input through a questionnaire. Your timely feedback is crucial at this stage to ensure smooth progress.

3. Payment Procedure:

Payment is divided into two parts:
Part 1: 50% upfront payment to initiate scriptwriting.
Part 2: Remaining payment upon approval of the final video.
We accept payments through Debit & Credit Cards with Payoneer and Cryptocurrency. For projects exceeding $200, a deposit is required. For projects below $200, full payment is needed before commencement.

4. Project Timelines and Deadlines:

We commit to delivering projects within agreed timelines. Any delays will be communicated promptly. Timely client feedback is essential to meeting deadlines, and any delays in providing feedback may result in deadline extensions.

5. Revisions and Edits:

Revisions are based on client requirements. While we don’t usually revise videos from scratch, we’re dedicated to making necessary adjustments to meet your satisfaction. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

6. Cancellation and Refunds:

Orders can be canceled within 10 days of the project start date via email. A refund, minus production costs, will be initiated. Once an initial draft is received, orders cannot be canceled. Refunds are applicable only during the scriptwriting phase within the first 30 days.

7. Intellectual Property:

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for the final product transfer to the client. Motion Play Studio retains the right to use the work for portfolio purposes with client confirmation.

8. Confidentiality:

Both Motion Play Studio and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information exchanged during the project.

9. Amendments to Terms:

These Terms and Conditions may be updated in the future. Clients are encouraged to check this page periodically for changes.

10. Governing Law:

This agreement is governed by the laws of Delhi. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
